会員の商工活動や日本・フロリダ経済交流を通じて両国の友好関係促進に貢献すると共に、会員相互の親睦や地域社会との融合を計ることが当会の目的です。また、海外子女教育の充実も当会の重要な使命で、日本語補習校の運営上の支援協力を行っています。
Contribute to the promotion of business activities for JBAM members, enhance friendly relations between Japan and South Florida, promote economic exchanges and mutual friendship among the members and integration with the local community. Enhancing the education of overseas children is also an important mission of our association, and we support Japanese studies at local schools and universities.
1. 法人会員
マイアミ市及び近郊に事務所を置く、日系企業法人もしくは支店であることを原則とする。
但し、特別の事情があり、本会の目的に積極的に貢献すると認められる日系企業以外の法人も対象とする。(以下｢会社｣と称する)
2. 個人会員
マイアミ市及び近郊に在住し、個人として入会を希望する日系人を対象とする。但し、上記同様に、本会の目的に積極的に貢献すると認められる日系人以外の個人も対象とする。（以下｢個人｣と称する。）
1. Corporate Member
Member Corporation must be a Japanese corporation or a branch office with offices in Miami or its suburbs.
However, corporations other than Japanese companies that have special circumstances and are recognized to actively contribute to the purpose of the Association are also eligible. (herinafter referred to as “Company”)
2. Individual Member
This group is open to people of Japanese descent who live in Miamisa and its suburbs and wish to join as an individual. However, in the same way as above, individuals other Japanese descent who are recognized to actively contribute to the purpose of the Association are also eligible. (hereinafter referred to as “Individual”)
本会の会費は定額会費、及び臨時会費とする。
1. 法人会員あたり年３００ドル
2. 個人会員あたり年１００ドル
The membership fee of this association shall be a fixed membership fee and a special membership fee.
1. $300 annual due for Corporate membership
2. $100 annual due for Individual membership
